Leadership Team

We are currently in the process of changing some practices at the Metanoia Center. We are experiencing growing pains as the Lord continues to bless and grow the ministry. One recent change was moving from an Advisory Board to a Leadership Team. The Leadership Team is a group of individuals who are actively engaged in discussing, planning, and serving the needs of the Center. This change necessitated the development of an Organizational Chart listing various Directors/Manager/Coordinators, who have defined areas of responsibility. Several of the positions have been filled. If you are interested in being a part of the Leadership Team, please consider one of the open positions.

• Communications Director - development of printed materials, social media presence, and marketing.
• Fundraiser - resourcing outlets, grants, individuals, churches, who are interested in a financial commitment.
• Volunteer Coordinator - provides leadership for volunteers volunteering, organizing volunteers and connecting them with programs and activities.

Each person who is a Director/Manager/Coordinator will have a team of volunteers working with them in their area of responsibility.
